At 6am and 7pm each day, an unmanned Zoom call is open, drop in, get focussed, see some familiar faces and get some deep work done.

On the last Sunday of each month, we get together to look back on what’s worked, what’s felt hard, and where you’re currently stuck.
OUR FOUNDER
After three years running Grounded in Freedom as a marketing mentorship community, I stepped into a new chapter and launched my second business, Grounded Connections in June an app helping women build real-life friendships through the outdoors.
Building Grounded Connections as a solo founder learning everything as I go, reminded me just how valuable it is to be surrounded by other business owners, people with different skill sets, ideas, and ways of thinking.
I realised how much I relied on my network, not just for brainstorming and support, but for feeling understood. Sometimes what you really need is someone to walk with on a random Tuesday who gets the emotional and practical rollercoaster of business.
And so, Grounded in Freedom evolved into a space for mission-led entrepreneurs to grow, build, and support one another, side by side.
